1. Symbol is an object that represents another thing or person. 2. The type of objects a artist might include in a still life is food, flowers, books, shells, skulls ,and bones. 3. One theme expressed in a still life is personal or cultural. 4. Self Portrait is an illustration of an artist either drawn, painted, sketched, photographed, or sculpted. 5. The camera symbolizes memories that I can capture from a moment in my life time. As well that I love taking picture either of me or nature or places.

1. In your own words, define "necessity." Necessity means something you really need it is required for you to have that item. 2. In your own words, define "luxury." Luxury means something that is magnificent/ or expensive. 3. List the material items you possess that you consider a necessity (aside from food, water, shelter, air). Pearl necklace, Air Jordan 6 Maroon, Iphone 6s rose gold. 4. List the material items you possess that you consider a luxury. Massage Chair, vintage old fashion cotton candy machine. 5. Choose one item from your list of necessities and make an argument for why you can live without it. 1 one item would be the iPhone 6s Rose Gold. I can't live without the iPhone because it helps me be organized and involved with the apps the phone has. 6. Explain why the item from question 5 is a necessity. It is a necessity because it helps you in everything you may want and because the iPhone 6s rose gold to me is one of a kind.
A consumer is a person who purchases goods and services for personal use. 7. Can a person consume too much (in terms of material goods, not just food)? A person can consume too much because they end up buying things that they probably don't need and waste money since they end up not using the item but for once or twice. 8. How does consumption negatively impact the city/country/world? Consumption negatively impacts the world because using up to much of a bad resources can harm based on what the item might be made out of. 9. How does consumption positively impact the city/country/world? Consumption positively impacts the world because the resource or item that is being used can be a really helpful invention causing everyone to buy it making it a good thing.
